How do I get access to the portal?

Your RootPro Technologies account manager creates your organisation's workspace and sends invitations. Your company's owner or administrator can then invite colleagues and choose exactly what each person can see.

Can my colleagues see everything?

No. Access is role-based — Owner, Administrator, Project Manager, Approver, Finance, Stakeholder and Viewer — and can be narrowed to specific projects. Finance figures, for example, are only visible to people with finance access.

Is our data kept separate from other clients?

Yes. Every record belongs to exactly one client organisation and is isolated on the server. Documents are stored privately and are only ever served after a permission check, never from a public link.

Can I approve work and review invoices from my phone?

Yes. The portal is fully responsive and can be installed on your home screen like an app, with optional push notifications when something needs your attention.

What happens when I approve or reject something?

Every decision is time-stamped, attributed to you and kept in the decision log, so there is always a clear record of who approved what and when.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we will email you a secure reset link. Accounts are protected against repeated failed sign-in attempts.
